1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to
be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do
not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order
on the Site. If you place an order on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority
to do so.
3. Products and Pricing
• All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours and dimensions may vary
slightly due to display settings or manufacturing tolerances.
• Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without
notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, duties or shipping costs, which will be
clearly indicated before you complete checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our
discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
• An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store
your full payment card details.
• You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are
authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• A binding contract of sale is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email.

• We aim to ship orders within [X] business days of confirmation. Delivery times shown at
checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes imposed by the
destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are not
included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances
beyond our reasonable control.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
Where required by applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and
equivalent UK legislation), Customers located in the European Union and United Kingdom have the
right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, without
giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g. an
email) before the withdrawal period expires.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of notifying
us of withdrawal.
• We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of
receiving the returned product or evidence of its return, using the same payment method
used for the original transaction.
• Customers outside the EU/UK are subject to our standard Returns Policy, set out below,
unless local law provides additional rights.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
• Beyond any statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date
of delivery for unused products in original packaging, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• To initiate a return, contact us at [support email] with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is faulty,
damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive
and inspect the returned product.
8. Warranty and Product Liability
• We warrant that products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
• Statutory consumer guarantee rights under the laws of your country of residence are not
affected by these Terms and apply in addition to any warranty offered by us.
• Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price paid for that
product, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law (for example, in
cases of death, personal injury, or gross negligence).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
between the parties. EU consumers may additionally access the European Commission's Online
Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall

our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labour
disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will
govern that transaction. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of
